In his extensive career, Mike has had Board responsibility for the IT and Business Quality functions in his role as CIO of various medium sized enterprises.
He is a commercially astute board level executive with extensive experience in global business transformation, ICT service delivery, with P&L responsibility, coupled with excellent strategic, operational and management capability.
Mike is able to blend visionary thinking with a practical hands-on approach and to successfully lead significant business transformation, process standardisation and systems implementation programmes. He is adept at formulating business strategy and focusing on delivering business value through alignment of business and technology objectives.
